Cancellation Policy
We are aware that, at times, you need to change your appointment. We ask that you kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in prices however, it is appreciated. Gratuities can be added to credit cards, personal checks or given directly to staff.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are valued for services rendered and beauty products. Gift Certificates are not exchangeable for cash or gratuities.

Products
We have a selected salon quality hair and other beauty products available for sale.

Scheduling
Our scheduling is designed to permit the appropriate amount of time to complete your service. Please help us by arriving on time to receive the full benefit of your service and experience. In the event that you are running late for an appointment, we will do everything possible to satisfy you with our other patrons in mind.

We suggest that you make your next appointment before you leave the salon.

We will gladly call the day before to remind you of your appointements.
